As a holistic health coach, I go beyond the incomplete approach to good health that simply includes just diet and exercise and expand into the realms of mindset, embodiment, and spirituality with my clients. I am committed to caring for the whole person - body, mind, and soul - because I have found in my own personal experience and through my work with clients that when we compartmentalize our health into just diet and exercise we cannot reach our optimum level of health or happiness.
My passion for a holistic approach to health coaching stems from my background in psychology, spirituality, and physical movement. I studied psychology in undergrad and went on to achieve a Masters in Theology & Ministry afterwards. Later on, my pursuit of health and wellness led me to become a RYT 200 yoga instructor and a Mind Body Eating Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I use all of my diverse background in working with clients to help them piece together the unseemingly connected parts of their own unique health puzzle and overcome challenges related to weight loss, body image, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity, and others.
When I'm not working, you will find me in the yoga studio either teaching or practicing, pretending I know how to dance in my living room, blending all the green smoothies with the second love of my life (my Vitamix), cooking up a storm or mixing cocktails with the first love of my life (my hubby), or engaging in deep conversations with dear friends or complete strangers.

Designed for first time clients, this package includes a comprehensive 75-minute session with me during which we will discuss your history, current struggles, health & wellness goals, and do a full dietary intake so that we can develop a plan to help you reach your goals given your current needs and life situation. After our session together, you’ll receive a document detailing your personal plan and any other resources (recipes, links, guides, etc.) that I think will be valuable to you. You’ll also receive follow-up support via email.
Includes three 50-minute follow-up sessions, during which we’ll work together to create new action steps based on your progress.
